    We just broke the 500 donor mark over at Dewey. With over 1600 books/cds/dvds and $2700, with more donations still coming in, this is officially the most successful book drive we’ve had to date. Thanks again for spreading the word, for getting involved, and for helping people in need. …but there are some names conspicuously…

    I’m the only person at the Standard Cafe. The wireless won’t be working until at least next week, so I’m currently swiping WiFi from the Sunset Strip, trying to nurse my stomach back into working order. It’s all my fault, this feeling. Well, it’s a little not my fault, but it’s mostly my fault.

    I feel pretty lucky that the only time Ned ever called me on stage to introduce me to the live audience was to do an impression of a woman eating nachos, and it was between segments. Poor Irwin made it into clip show.
