help me, cingular treo customers

I have been to the Cingular store. I have been to the Palm store. I have spent hours on the phone with Treo, Cingular, and Palm. I’ve been sent a new 650. I have restored, rebooted, and reconfigured. I cannot get versamail to work, and nobody seems to know why. I am at the end of my rope. Does someone out there know why Versamail will not download either mail from my account or gmail? Why will it work on Palm 650s that aren’t Cingular phones? Why, at the end of every customer service call to tech support, does someone say, “Well, you seem to know more about this than I do. I’m out of ideas.” And by the way: my warranty has expired in the two months I’ve spent trying to get this thing to work. I’d rather not give up the Treo, as I like all of its other functions, but I’m spending money every month for an email feature that does not work. Worldwide geeks, I’m begging for some assistance. I’m fixing to throw this phone at the wall, and Cingular has the worst tech support I’ve ever seen. Anyone? Thanks.
