Dinner is cooking, my Moxi tells me it’s overheating, and Time Warner Cable tells me I’m experiencing a hold time of upwards of thirty minutes, but please be assured it’ll be handled as quickly as possible.

It was very tempting to just write, “So that happened.” And then move on. Because honestly, it will be near impossible to put into words the past three weeks. I figure I’m going to need the help of some photographs. While I’m waiting for everything to come in (and if you’re reading this and have some digital pics, please send me an email!), I thought I’d let you know that we’re happy and healthy and married and tan. Man. It’s hot. It’s really hot. Just in here, though. I have got to get my air conditioning fixed. I can’t believe I went through the entire end of the summer, promising myself I’d take care of it in the winter when it’s cheaper, and then I didn’t and now it’s about to be summer again and expensive and I still haven’t fixed the damn air conditioner.
