Song: “Gold Digger”

I’m a sucker for a well-timed “Unh,” and this track is filled with them. Yesterday I complained about the state of music, but I just spent a buck to have this song on my iPod, because I need to hear it about every hour. I almost got a speeding ticket this morning on my way to the office, because I cannot stop dancing to it.

Either the officer decided I was too silly to bother with me, or he heard the song floating out of my window, got into the groove, and couldn’t bring himself to bust me. He followed me for about a minute, swerving into and out of my lane, and then pulled off to the side without flashing his lights. So today, this is my lucky song. Get down, girl, go’n ‘head, get down.
